Account Deletion & Data Removal

We believe you should have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated information at any time through our automated tools or by contacting us.

How to Delete Your Account

    Log in to your account

    Sign in to your account at lunalisten.com.

    Navigate to Profile

    Go to your Profile page from the bottom navigation bar.

    Access Deletion Tool

    Scroll to the bottom of your settings and click Delete Account.

    Confirm Permanent Deletion

    Type the required confirmation phrase ("Please delete my account") and confirm. Your data will be removed immediately.

Important: Subscriptions

If you have an active LunaListen Pro subscription, please note:

Deleting your account does not always automatically cancel your subscription if purchased through third-party platforms (like Apple App Store or Google Play).

Please ensure you cancel any active subscription through your device settings or our Billing Portal before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

What data is removed?

Upon confirmation, the following data is permanently purged from our servers:

Personal Profile & Email
All Child Profiles
All Generated Stories
Audio Files & Voice Data
Remaining Credit Balance
Authentication Records

Note: This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Manual Deletion Requests

If you are unable to log in or prefer a manual deletion request, please contact the LunaListen Lab. We will process your request within 72 hours of verification.
