• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture (via Clerk).
• Child Profiles: Names, ages, and interests provided by you to personalize stories.
• Generated Content: The stories and audio created for your account.
• Payment Data: Payment information processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate personalized bedtime stories using AI (OpenAI).
• Create lifelike audio narration (ElevenLabs).
• Manage your subscription and credits.
• Improve our storytelling algorithms and user experience.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. Your stories and audio are stored securely on AWS S3, and authentication is handled by industry-leader Clerk.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can delete your entire account and all associated child profiles and stories directly from your Profile settings.

6. User Data Deletion Instructions

To delete your account and all associated data immediately:

1. Log in to your LunaListen account.
2. Navigate to your Profile page.
3. Scroll to the very bottom and click on Delete Account.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion.

Once confirmed, your account, child profiles, stories, audio files, and credit balance will be permanently removed from our databases and storage systems. This action cannot be undone.
